KACABs Braided Sleeving PET offers aflexible cable protection with high abrasion resistance, it is also very easy to apply.
The protective sleveving is woven according to the scissors principle, which gives the property that it expands when it is compressed and the diameter measure decreases when it is pulled apart.
The PET protective sleeve has a high degree of coverage, and the good extensibility makes the protective sock easy to assemble.To be able to offer one optimal fit is the sock available in12 different sizes, between 1 – 64 mm in diameter.
Braided Sleeving PET is used i.a. in theautomotive sector and mechanical engineering. It is also used in smaller electrical applications to avoid high temperatures. PET meets the strict requirement for DIN5510-2 and is therefore also optimal for use within train applications.
